– Product Description –
Ceramic wool blanket is a high-strength needle-punched insulation blanket made of high-quality kaolin, high-purity alumina and silica, by spinning or blowing combined with needle punching process, to produce a tough, elastic and high-strength blanket, which is not easy to tear before or after heating. It does not contain asbestos and does not add any chemical adhesives.
All made by inorganic materials that provides a variety of temperature grades, densities and sizes. It can be folded, compressed and packaged to make modules.


– Product Features –
● Cermawool® ceramic fiber blankets are continuously produced. After needle-punching, the fibers are uniformly interwoven, exhibiting high tensile strength and are binder-free.
● Needle-punched blankets of varying bulk densities and thicknesses offer users a wide range of material options, enabling them to achieve optimal thermal insulation and economic benefits.
● Cermawool® ceramic fiber blankets offer excellent resistance to chemical attack (except for hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and the strong bases Na₂O and K₂O).
● The performance of Cermawool® ceramic fiber blankets is unaffected by oil corrosion, and their thermal and physical properties can be restored through drying.
